Emergency Procedures and Safety Protocols:

In the event of an emergency during the live concert event, all attendees, venue personnel, participants, and performers ("Participants") are advised to adhere to the following safety protocols:

  1. Emergency Contact Information:

    • For medical emergencies, contact [911].

    • For venue security or assistance, contact [615-538-8302].

  2. Evacuation Procedures:

    • Follow instructions from event staff and or venue personnel for orderly evacuation routes.

    • Proceed to designated emergency exits and assembly points as indicated by venue emergency signage.

  3. Medical Assistance:

    • If you require medical assistance, notify event staff and or venue personnel immediately.

    • Venue first aid kits and trained medical personnel are available via request at the bar.

  4. Communication:

    • Remain calm and assist others in following emergency procedures.

    • Avoid spreading rumors or misinformation; await official instructions from event organizers and or authorities.

  5. Personal Safety:

    • Stay alert and aware of your surroundings at all times.

    • Do not obstruct emergency responders or hinder evacuation efforts.

  6. Re-entry Policy:

    • Once evacuated, do not re-enter the venue until authorized by emergency personnel and or event organizers.

  7. Follow-Up Information:

    • Additional updates and instructions will be provided via personal communication and or communication via loudspeakers, social media, etc.

 

Participants are reminded that adherence to these emergency procedures is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone present at the event. By attending the live concert event, all Participants acknowledge and agree to cooperate fully with event staff and emergency responders in implementing these safety protocols.

ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS


All audience attendees of the event ("Attendees") acknowledge and agree that they have been advised to read, understand, and agree to all applicable terms and conditions ("Terms") governing the event prior to attending. By attending the event, each Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all actions, claims, demands, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to any breach of or failure to comply with these Terms by the Attendee.


Attendees further acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to familiarize themselves with and comply with all Terms set forth by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any Attendee from the event who fails to adhere to these Terms.


Compliance with Laws and Conduct:
All attendees of the event ("Attendees") agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances during their attendance at the event. Attendees further agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, and responsible manner, showing consideration for all other attendees, performers, staff, and individuals present at the event.


Specifically, Attendees shall not engage in any unlawful or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to any activity that poses a risk to the safety or well-being of others.

Disorderly Conduct: This includes disruptive behavior such as shouting, screaming, or creating disturbances that disrupt the event or disturb other attendees.


Intoxication: Being visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, as well as unauthorized distribution or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances.


Violence or Threats: Engaging in physical altercations, threats of violence, or any behavior that poses a safety risk to others.
Harassment or Discrimination: Any form of harassment or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristics.


Unauthorized Access or Trespassing: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the event venue or trespassing on private property related to the event.


Damaging Property: Willful destruction or damage to property belonging to the event venue, organizers, or other attendees.


Non-compliance with Event Policies: Failure to comply with specific event policies regarding photography, dress code, use of electronic devices, or other guidelines communicated by the organizers.


Unauthorized Solicitation or Selling: Engaging in unauthorized solicitation, selling of goods or services, or distribution of promotional materials without prior approval from event organizers.


Disregard for Safety Regulations: Ignoring safety regulations or instructions provided by event staff, including emergency procedures and evacuation protocols.


Violation of Legal Requirements: Any violation of local, state, or federal laws or regulations applicable to the event venue or activities.
Attendees acknowledge that failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the event premises and may also lead to legal action or penalties as allowed by law.

All Sales Final:
All ticket sales for Nashville Series Live events are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder for failure to comply with event rules or for inappropriate conduct. No refunds will be provided for tickets that are not used due to late arrival, early departure, or any other reason.

Counterfeit Tickets:
Tickets to Nashville Series LIVE shows are sold exclusively through NashvilleSeriesLIVE(dot)com and or at the Doors of the event. Tickets bought through other merchants may be fake or fraudulent and may not be accepted for entry to the concert.

 

Any ticket forgeries or attempts thereof for active events may result in immediate removal from the event premises and potential legal action under applicable laws. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of tickets presented for entry. Attendees found in possession of forged tickets or attempting to use counterfeit tickets will be denied entry and may be subject to further consequences as allowed by law.

Liability for Damages:
Participants and Attendees acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for any damages caused to persons or properties beyond the control of the Organizer during the event. Participants shall assume all liability and expenses for reparations resulting from their actions or negligence.


The Organizer shall not be held liable for any damages to persons or properties caused by Participants or third parties during the event, unless directly attributable to the Organizer's own negligence or willful misconduct.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to damages caused by their actions or negligence.

PERFORMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All performers participating in the event ("Performers"), whether known or unknown at the time of contract signing, agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances during their participation in the event. Performers further agree to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner, showing consideration for all scheduling and performance demands, as well as demonstrating personal and professional courtesy to others present at the event.

Specifically, Performers shall adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Comply with all contractual obligations, including performance schedules, rehearsals, and any other agreed-upon terms.

  • Treat event organizers, staff, fellow performers, and attendees with respect and professionalism.

  • Avoid behavior that could disrupt the event or cause harm to others, including crimes, harassment, discrimination, or violence.

  • Maintain appropriate conduct both on and off stage, reflecting positively on the event and its organizers.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and instructions provided by event staff for the protection of themselves and others.

 

Performers acknowledge that failure to comply with these requirements may result in their removal from the event and may also lead to legal action or penalties as allowed by law.

In the event that a Performer fails to comply with actionable requirements as stipulated in this contractual notice, including but not limited to failure to adhere to performance schedules, conduct standards, or contractual obligations, the Organizer reserves the right to take the following actions:

  1. Removal from Event: The Organizer may, at its discretion, immediately remove the Performer from the event premises without further notice or compensation.

  2. Legal Action: Non-compliance by the Performer may result in legal action or penalties pursued by the Organizer, as allowed by law.

  3. Breach of Contract: Any violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this contractual notice shall constitute a breach of contract by the Performer. Such breach authorizes the agents of the Organizer to withhold compensation and or pursue other remedies available under law.

 

The Performer acknowledges and agrees that these consequences are fair and reasonable measures to protect the interests of their brand, their personnel, the Organizer, the Associations of the Organizer and maintaining the integrity of the event.

Insurance and Liability:

The Performer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any insurance claims or liabilities incurred by the Performer while performing at the Organizer's event. 

The Performer acknowledges and agrees that all insurance requirements, claims, and liabilities arising from their performance on the premises, including performing under the umbrella name and promotions of the Organizer, are the sole responsibility of the Performer. This includes but is not limited to any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the Performer's activities during the event. 

The Performer shall maintain adequate insurance coverage throughout the duration of their performance at the Organizer's event, including but not limited to general liability insurance, equipment insurance, and any other insurance coverage necessary to cover any and all Performer liabilities. The Performer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any insurance claims or liabilities incurred by the Performer during their performance at the Organizer's event. 

In the event that any insurance claim or liability arises from the Performer's performance at the event, the Performer shall promptly notify the Organizer in writing and shall cooperate fully in the defense of such claim. The provisions of this clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property and Licensing:

The Performer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the Performer's use of intellectual property, including but not limited to identity, likeness, and or persona, music copyright, and licensing agreements. The Performer acknowledges and agrees that all licensing requirements, permissions, and any applicable laws pertaining to the use of intellectual property, personal likeness, and music copyright are the sole responsibility of the Performer. 

The Performer shall obtain all necessary licenses, consents, and permissions required for the performance and shall comply with all terms and conditions of such licenses. The Performer represents and warrants that they have the legal right and authority to use any intellectual property, including personal and or professional likeness and music, as part of the performance, and that such use does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. 

The Performer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any breach or alleged breach by the Performer of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this clause. In the event that any claim, demand, or action is brought against the Organizer related to the Performer's use of intellectual property, personal likeness, or music, the Performer shall promptly notify the Organizer in writing and shall cooperate fully in the defense of such claim. The provisions of this clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

 

Liability for Damages:

Participants and Performers acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for any damages caused to persons or properties beyond the control of the Organizer during the event. Performers shall assume all liability and expenses for reparations resulting from their actions or negligence.

Acknowledgment and Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

All performers ("Performers") participating in the Organizer's event acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions ("Terms") specified by the Organizer. These Terms are considered a direct extension of any existing paperwork, agreements, or contracts between the Performers and the Organizer pertaining to their engagement in the event.

Performers further acknowledge and agree that in any discrepancy, the Terms and Conditions outlined by the Organizer supersede and override any previously stated agreements, terms, or conditions related to their participation in the event. By participating in the event, Performers expressly agree to abide by the Terms set forth by the Organizer.

Failure to comply with any provisions of these Terms may result in consequences as outlined above, including but not limited to removal from the event, legal action, or withholding of compensation.

GENERAL EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PARTICIPANTS AND ATTENDEES

 

Warranties and Terms of Conditions:

The warranties within this website providing contractual notice of terms and conditions ("Terms") are deemed to be a direct extension of any and all formal agreements entered into with the Organizer. All participants ("Participants") participating within and or attending Nashville Series LIVE, ("Organizer") events hereby acknowledge and agree that they have been advised to read, understand, and agree to all applicable Terms prior to attending, providing services, or entering into any agreements, known or unknown, including the signing of any contracts for services provided.

By attending the Organizer's events, Participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this contractual notice. Participants understand that their attendance constitutes acceptance of these contractual notices and terms.

The responsibility for understanding and complying with these Terms and Conditions rests solely with the Participants outside the Organizer's affiliations.

All Participants and attendees of Organizer events agree to act in a reasonable, responsible, and courteous manner at all times during their attendance. Participants acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for their own actions and behavior throughout the duration of the event, on premises and off.

Specifically, Participants agree to:

  • Conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the event or detract from the experience of others.

  • Treat fellow Participants, event staff, performers, and venue personnel with respect and courtesy.

  • Comply with all event rules, policies, and guidelines communicated by the Organizer or venue management.

  • Take personal responsibility for any damages caused to property, whether belonging to the Organizer, venue, or other participants.

  • Refrain from engaging in any unlawful activities or behaviors that may jeopardize the safety or well-being of others.

 

Participants understand that failure to adhere to these standards of conduct may result in removal from the event premises without refund, and or demand further recourse by the Organizer.

 

Responsible and Courteous Behavior:

All participants attending Organizer's events agree to conduct themselves in a responsible and courteous manner at all times during the event. Participants shall treat fellow attendees, event staff, performers, and venue personnel with respect and consideration.

Specifically, Participants agree to:

  • Refrain from engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior that may interfere with the event or disturb others.

  • Adhere to event rules, policies, and guidelines communicated by the Organizer or venue management.

  • Avoid behavior that could disrupt the event or cause harm to others, including crimes, harassment, discrimination, or violence.

  • Exercise good judgment and behave in a manner that upholds the positive reputation of the event and its participants.

  • Respect the property of the Venue, Performer, Organizer, and fellow participants.

 

Participants understand that failure to comply with these standards of behavior may result in removal from the event premises without refund and or may be applicable to further recourse.

Insurance Requirements:

Participants within the event ("Participants") acknowledge and agree that they are required to maintain their own insurance policies to cover any claims or liabilities that may arise during the event, whether on premises or off.

Specifically, Participants shall:

  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage that includes, but is not limited to, general liability, property damage, and personal injury.

  • Ensure that their insurance policies remain in effect throughout the duration of the event and cover any activities or interactions related to their participation.

  • Provide proof of insurance coverage upon request by the Organizer or venue management.

  • Participants understand that the Organizer does not provide insurance coverage for Participants and that it is their sole responsibility to secure appropriate insurance to protect against any claims, losses, or damages incurred during their attendance at the event.

 

Indemnification and Hold Harmless Clause:

By attending, providing services, or entering into any agreements with the Organizer, each Participant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns ("Associations") thereof, from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to their participation in the event and or any failure to comply with or breaching of these Terms and Conditions.
